1. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us at support@jimihome.com, then we’ll check the package status. We can only 100% refund to you when the parcel is not delivered.
2. When you received the parcel, and there’s no quality problem, it’s not support to refund.
Return
If there’s no quality problem that you want to return the packages, please contact us with support@jimihome.com for the support. The return shipping fee must be paid directly to the courier at your cost. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) arrive safely.
Product Quality Guarantee Policy
JIMIHOME.com will provide quality warranty service if there are any quality problems or non-human caused problems. Warranty time starts from the time when you receive the goods. Please note that any overdue requests will not be accepted.
